I use this turner to move large cookies to a cooling rack but it is also large and sturdy enough to use to move a small pizza from a stone to cooling rack. It's fantastic and the price can't be beat!

this is a very nice turner. can handle very extreme heat. works great on everything. is very easy to use and very easy to clean.

This is a great size turner, perfect for burgers. Very sturdy, well built and nicely balanced piece of kitchen equipment. A must have for any commercial kitchen.

Very nice griddle turner ,Solid and strong, nice wood handle. ^ inch was to long for what i needed, so webresturant was nice enough to refund it and let me get the one i needed. thanks great company. Steve W. Dothan Ala.

This is the best turner. Very strong and durable. I used it for more than a year and it seems like it is going to last for another five years.
