I already own a branded dough scraper but I like this simple well-made scraper better because it doesn't have an edge where food might get stuck. I also prefer the wood handle. The scraper is great to cut cinnamon roll logs and bar cookies, and to scrape veggies.

Nothings better than an extra hand when you need it most. I use this for onions allot but I do also use it to cut dough.I love my extra hand..

Excellent scraper for a pizza station. We use it every night for cleaning of the bits of dried on due on the station. Its also great for seperating the doughs.

This cutter works great for slicing pizzas especially if you are making them for customers (ie. making a lot of them.) I have owned it for 2 months now and it is still working like a charm.

This is a great versatile tool in the kitchen. It can be used as a dough cutter while it can also be used to scrape product into bowls.

We purchased these for our pizza restaurant and we are very happy with them. They are sturdy and they seem like they will hold up. They also were pretty inexpensive, so that's a plus!

OK, I use these all the time, continually through out the work day. I use them for scrapping the griddle and for chopping meat and mixing veggies with it.

I've been looking for one of these for ages! I make homemade bread and it is great for cutting the dough and lifting it to the pan. Another use I found for it is when I've chopped a lot of veggies I can scoop them up and into the stirfry much easier. And the price? I saw a cheap plastic one recently that cost twice what this wood and metal one did. WTG Webstaurantstore.com!!!

I use this constantly for scraping up doughs, cutting brownies and for scooping up rolled out cookies after they are cut. It's a great length for working with dough.

Inexpensive dough cutter! Good for cutting dough as well as scooping up diced vegetables or herbs! Works well for a variety of tasks in the kitchen!

I make a lot of pies and breads and use this for cutting pastry or dough. I also use them to scrape the counter top after I've rolled out pastry dough.

What a great value!! I use this scrapper for just about everything. It's a must when I'm baking breads, but I also use it when transferring chopped veggies from cutting board to the pan.

I had originally purchased an all-stainless scraper that was only 4" wide. These are far superior, by 2" and a wooden handle! Durable and built to last. I have a hunch I'll be passing these on to my children some day.
