    I should have bought this skimmer when we first opened our doors, it is wonderful for getting the particles out of our fryer, picking up chicken and fish because it is so wide and easy to clean and store. Buy several!

    This skimmer is as practical as it is inexpensive. Great for any kitchen. Professional quality as used in many restaurants. As a chef, I use this great tool as a skimmer, strainer, spatula ext. Can't see myself without one!

    This is a very well made skimmer. The handle is a bit longer than I anticipated, but for shallow work I just "choke up" on it. I used it the first time for boiling bagels and it worked like a charm.
