How can I properly care for cast iron surfaces?
In order to prevent unwanted build-up of oils, grease, and food, surfaces should be cleaned after use while still slightly warm. Harsh chemicals or scouring pads should not be used—only hot water and a cloth or sponge are needed. If some areas require extra cleaning, a mild scouring pad can be used.     I really like my little cast iron skillet!! Since I am cooking for one it's just the right size! I prefer cooking with cast iron so this way I don't need to get out the big skillet!

    I love serving our signature mac and cheese dishes in these skillets!! They are easy to brown breadcrumbs or cheese on them and then serve directly from them!!

    I really love these pans. The handle on them is longer than the standard ones on the lodge brand ones, so it is easier for servers to hold while running food. Great weight, and really versatile, they really make a nice presentation at the table.

    these are great to have for mexican restaurants or tex-mex restaurants. you can have your steamed tortillas nice and hot and serve them to your guests in these! they look awesome at the table. customers love it!

    I love this cast iron skillet. It is the perfect size for making frittatas for two or for making a skillet cookie for a small crowd. It isn't too heavy but it's not light weight. It's everything you would expect from a cast iron skillet except smaller!
