This Taylor 9878E slim-line digital thermometer is perfect for keeping in your pocket when working in your busy commercial kitchen. It’s waterproof and dishwasher safe, and comes with a Safe-T-Guard antimicrobial housing.

The probe on this Taylor 9878E slim-line thermometer measures 5 1/4" in length and is 1.5mm thick. It’s field recalibratable and has a back lighted LCD screen, as well as a max/min memory and hold feature. NSF Listed. Includes (1) CR2032 battery.

    This is a great thermometer. It's easy to use and easy to calibrate though hardly ever needed that. The only problem with it is that the battery life is very short and I had difficulties with it once I replaced the battery.

    This is a great and durable thermometer. Ive had it for about 3 years now. Never changed the baterry and Ive dropped it many times. Still works great.
