We have enjoyed using the stainless steel paddle when my husband makes the treditional chicharones in our big black calderon pot. The paddle is long enough to keep my husbands arms and hands far enough from the flame. Thanks

48" Stainless Steel Mixing Paddle is wonderful item for sauce pot, gumbo, and even for 100 qt craw-fish pot. It will last for a life time. Highly recommend

Finally found this paddle and it is wonderful for doing any large batch of stews or sauces or etc. Your able to stir the whole pot and sweep the bottom to keep from burning your food.

A bit longer than I need, didn't really see anything in-between for size on the site. Works nicely though! Keeps you from getting your hands where they don't need to be.
