These Half size steam pans are great. For the price they are a lot sturdier then I thought they would be. At Webstaurant low prices doesn't mean you compromise on quality!

This 4" Deep Half Pan does a great job. Even for the price is holds up well and cleans up great. We use ours on our steam table and bake with it.

We started making our cobblers from scratch, these pans were just the righ size for us to premake the cobblers so they were ready to pop in the oven whenever needed
