These standard weight steam table pans are made of 18-8 24 gauge stainless steel with an anti-jamming design. NSF listed. Pans go from freezer to oven to serving line. Features double reinforced corners that make it impact resistant and hold its shape under the toughest conditions. The dimensions of this food pan are 20 3/4" x 6 1/2" x 4". Capacity: 51 Qt
