These 4" deep 1/6 size standard weight steam table pans are made of 18-8 24 gauge stainless steel, with an anti-jamming design. NSF listed. The 1/6 size pans go from freezer to oven to serving line. The 4" 1/6 size food pan feature double reinforced corners that make it impact resistant and hold its shape under the toughest conditions. The dimensions of this food pan are 7" x 6 1/4".
