Use bus boxes to collect used flatware, dinnerware, and glassware from tables once your customers are finished eating. These tubs make it easier to carry large amounts of dirty dishes and flatware back to your dish room. Built to accommodate dozens of items at a time, these bus pans are very durable and come with sturdy molded handles. You can also place them on bussing carts, so your staff doesn't have to hold them as they clean tables.
