Simply supply your customers with a comment card at their tables or in their rooms, and ask them to leave their comments. This method can be more effective than virtual surveys that patrons will often delete before completing.

A restaurant suggestion box on your countertop will be more obvious to customers checking out at your front desk or cash register.
