I bought a bunch of different sized mixing bowls on Webstaurant and like them all. This is no exception. It I bought a bunch of different sized mixing bowls on Webstaurant and like them all. This is no exception. It has a flat lip unlike Vollrath bowls so it is perhaps slightly more slip-resistant. It's also a tiny bit heavier and inexpensive.

Perfect for smaller batches of ingredients, and for individual ingredient whisking. There are so many possibilities for these 3 qt stainless steel bowls! They are perfect on any NSF tabletop, or even the counter at home. A must-have for commercial and home kitchens!

I owned a whole line of these mixing bowls, from the 1 1/2 QT - 30 QT in the kitchen, I did not have to worry about my workers breaking them while cooking or prep. They are easy to clean and NSF approved. I will buy more
