    We use these to hold bulk bread mixes and granola - they're great. The paper of the bag on the outside is also rough enough to hold a label. Other bags I've tried are too slick and labels come off too easily.

    we use these 3 lb. customized paper Coffee bags in our Garden Center for our customers to purchase our bulk Fertilizers, and Grass seed. will hold about 9 lbs. of fertilizer they work perfectly with the recloseable Tin Ties.

    I like to use these bags to hold 3 to 3-1/2 pounds of granola. Would probably also work for big cookies. Didn't give 5 stars because some of the strips at the top aren't glued down all the way, but I can work with that. I liked that I could get a small pack of these.

    The big 3# bag, next to a 1# bag and a half-pound bag.

    These bags are perfect for packaging baked goods as gifts since they are a terrific size for large cookies and the lining prevents the butter from seeping through.
