Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Equipped with an energy-efficient infrared burner, this unit delivers even browning for consistent, delicious results.

Boasting a durable stainless steel construction, this unit is designed to withstand busy establishments. It has a chrome wire rack with three adjustable positions. A removable drip tray makes it easy to clean out the cheese melter at the end of the day. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation but is field convertible to liquid propane.
