    my chefs asked me for a new pot for a while but we were looking for one that was the right size and still economical enough. this pot fit the bill. the medium size is perfect for small batches of soups and sauces. the guage is heavy enough without being too weighty. even after so many uses the pot cleans up beautifully and retains its shine and finish.
