Stay warm on the job with this Ergodyne N-Ferno 6876 hard hat liner! This hard hat liner has a light weight, non-bulky design to fit comfortably underneath hard hats or safety helmets. It is shoulder length to offer complete head, neck, and ear coverage, and it comes with a detachable mouthpiece for full-face protection. Both the liner and mouthpiece have 2 layers of insulation, including a fire-resistant outer shell and a lining made of a 60% modacrylic cotton and 40% cotton twill blend. This design meets ASTM F1506 and NFPA 70E standards, and it is Category 2 classified with an ATPV rating of 20 cal/cm2.

This hard hat liner features reflective accents for enhanced visibility at night or in low-light conditions. It includes 4 exterior hook and loop straps to attach to hard hat or helmet suspensions, ensuring it will remain securely in place. Plus, it includes an elastic strip in the forehead area for a snug, custom fit that traps in heat and keeps the cold out. The included pockets are designed to hold hand warmers (sold separately) near the ears for extra warmth.

The included mouthpiece also comes with hook and loop closures for a secure, adjustable fit. It is easily removable to let air in or for speaking, and its hard-shell design prevents the mask from being sucked into your mouth. Both the mask and lining are flame-resistant, self-extinguishing, and spark- and slag-resistant for superior protection.
