It's a good airpot with a good value. We use 6 at a time and they do the job well. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the lever, which is plastic and will break quite easily especially with heavy, daily use. Would be nice if they sold just the head or the lever separately.

The airpot is pretty standard quality, works well and keeps the liquid hot for a few hours as expected. But, do watch out for the height though since it is too tall to go under some commercial brewers.

Great Airpot we use this for our hot chocolate and it keeps the hot chocolate hot all day. Easy to clean and fill. Great product for the price

These are excellent for taking coffee on the go for catering businesses! They work wonderfully to transport and keep fresh chicken stock hot for a risotto action station or other applications!

The bad news was the Airpot arrived broken, the good news is I had an opportunity to find out how great The WEBstaurant store's customer service is. I was concerned about the item being glass lined and my concerns were confirmed, I lifted the Airpot box from the shipping box and heard glass rattling. I received the broken airpot about 2:30 in the afternoon and after a short email exchange, including the option of a full refund or a replacement, the replacement was shipped out that afternoon, I couldn't ask for or imagine how the situation could have been handled any better. There wasn't any finger pointing or a bunch of questions, just a focus on getting my problem solved. I now know that I can order from the WEBstaurant store with confidence that I will be taken care of. I think the Airpot is going to work fine, it just needs to be handled carefully.

We weren't crazy that this had a glass liner, but it has held up well so far. Hot drinks are still warm in the morning if we forget to empty the pot. I like how the bottom spins the pot in any direction you need.

This is a good airpot. It is taller than the 3.0 liter Bunn, but still fits under the airpot brewers. Keeps coffee hot for at least 6 hours. No issues thus far.

We wanted a very well made easy to clean airpot. This airpot is clad in stainless, comes apart easily and rotates on a swivel base. It will hold a pot and a half of coffee. We warm it up with hot water then pour in the coffee. It keeps it hot for 6 hours. Customers love the use and accessability.

I love these air pots! A wide pump action allows you to fill a cup in a minimum number of pumps. They are very easy to clean and durable.
