while not as durable as a lot of other hotel pans, it is priced below its value, as it is still quite good. just don't abuse it, and it is great.

These half size pans are great for any steam table or go great in the oven to make dishes. It will hold a #10 can easily.

This 2 1/2" Deep Half Pan gets a lot of use around our kitchen. We use it to hold potatoes and other items when they come off the grill. They also clean up well.

This deep food pan holds at least five extra servings. I love to use this pan for small events. My guest are able to get extras without me having to put out extra pans.

These half inserts fit beautifully into my chafers. I was looking to replace the ones I have because they do not fit the shape well and found that yours are the perfect fit. They wash easily and keep their shine.

Fantastic value. I used them in the 8Qt Economy Choice Chafer I purchased for Thanksgiving..they were great to prepare food a head of time and place in the oven, until company arrive..then popped into the 8Qt Chafer and fired up the sterno. Everything was warmed evenly and looked fantastic.Thank you so much for offering such inexpensive yet durable goods..

In conjunction with these 2 half size pans I also purchased the 8qt Economy Chafer. The quality was as usual value for money. Good investment.
