These standard weight, economy steam
table pans are made of 18-8 24 gauge
stainless steel with standard straight
sides. NSF listed. Pans go from freezer to
oven to serving line. The dimensions of
this food pan are 20 3/4" x 12 3/4" x 2
1/2".
Please Note: This is a light-weight,
economy pan, which has standard,
unreinforced corners and straight sides. It
is designed for light duty use. If you would
like a heavier duty pan than this, please
look at our standard weight, anti-jam pans
with reinforced corners, or our top-of-the-
line Vollrath Super Pan II line, which has
both of those features, as well as heavier
22 gauge stainless steel construction.
