very durabpl and reasonably priced so when the wear out and need replacing I do not feel bad about just throwing them away replacing them

This is a great cutting board in general! It is good for keeping the kitchen organized and preventing cross contamination with properly identified colors for different uses!!

i was happy to find blue cutting boards in this size. we run a small kosher kitchen and need to have blue cutting boards to specify for dairy use. this size allows afew work stations to function in our limited work space. they are durable and clean up well.

this is a really nice blue cutting board! its great to have color coated cutting boards so you can avoid any possible cross contamination at your establishment.

These are durable and clean up easily. The multiple colors make it easy to keep preparation separate for sanitation. After being shuttled back and forth to a local farmers market and several falls to the ground they are holding up well.
