This is a great roll of paper for making stencils for ice carving! Great material sticks to a block of ice for quick templates!!! High quality paper!!!

I use this paper to wrap smocked meat and fish so I can ship it from New York City to Los Angeles. I also use it as a wrapping paper for the shipping boxes, because USPS has a rule that the boxes should not have any commercial writing on them. The price is pretty cheap, as a matter of fact the cheapest that I could find on the internet. Cost of shipping factors-in very well is order a lot of utensils and supplies from Web Restaurant Store. The whole thing is rather heavy and requires caution: it should be held carefully by both ends of the paper roll, and not to be lifted by the black plastic end-cap, because the paper roll will most likely slip out from the end-cap and drop on your foot.

This is wonderful product and price is just terrific. At my restaurant, we used this to wrap po-boys, sliced ham, and other cold products. I would highly recommend.
