This 15 1/2" cast iron branding skillet is a must for certain dishes, such as long cooking stews like gumbo, or dishes like cornbread or pineapple upside- down cake. The heavy cast iron has superior heat retention.

Please Note: This cast iron skillet has a protective bee’s wax coating which should be removed before the skillet is used. This is done by exposing the skillet to an open flame until the bee's wax coating is burnt off.
