This bread pan release spray is an indispensable addition to any kitchen! Great for releasing foods from pans and sealing in moisture, this spray also adds naturally golden-brown color to bread crusts, making them even more appealing to customers. It's perfect for coating bread pans, bread screens, and pre-baked or frozen dough when baking thick, delicious crusts on your finest hearty breads. Besides baking bread, this spray release is ideal for use when working with cooking pans, as its versatility lends itself to cooking fish, meats, or poultry. It creates a non-stick coating on a variety of surfaces, including griddles, casserole dishes, and cookie sheets.
Simply spray your desired amount from this easy-to-use aerosol can on your cooking surface, and foods will release easily. The ease of release causes less breakage, allowing for easy cleanup. Not only can you avoid gummy build-up that occurs with other greases and oils, but you can extend the life of your pans and lessen replacement pan costs. In fact, the precise coverage from the soft-spray nozzle achieves complete pan coverage while using 50% less oil than brush methods. Eliminate labor time, avoid applying too much or too little grease, and enjoy a more consistent taste with this cooking spray.
Made from a combination of natural vegetable and mineral oils and featuring a slightly buttery flavor, this spray does not use additives that other sprays may. This premium formula works well with baked goods and breads alike, while protecting your pans against acidic fruits and other sweet treats. The can itself is made with 25% recycled steel, making it both efficient and environmentally-friendly.

Wow what a great baking help. No longer do I have to grease up my bread pans and tins and give the crust added color when done. This does the job well and leaves no added taste like the name brand spray

For bread, this is the best spray around. I like that it releases well and does not leave an off flavor like some sprays do.
