This T&S B-0156-M add-on
faucet with a 12"
swinging spout is for pre-
rinse units. Compatible Pre-rinse units are sold separately and linked under Companion Items.
This faucet
should be installed in
outlets of base mixing
faucets, prior to
fitting a riser pipe. The
lever handle controls the
water "on-off" through the
nozzle only. The tip of the
spout is male threaded for
aerator attachment.
Limited 1-Year Warranty
READ THIS LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS PRODUCT. IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE
TO YOU, IMMEDIATELY RETURN THIS PRODUCT TO T&S BRASS AND BRONZE WORKS, INC BEFORE INSTALLING AND/OR USING
THIS PRODUCT.
T&S Brass nd Bronze Works, Inc. (T&S) warrants to the original purchaser (other than for purposes of resale) of this product that such product
is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. During this one-year warranty
period, if this product is found to be defective, T&S shall, at its option, repair and/or replace it. To obtain warranty service, products must be
returned to T&S Brass and Bronze Works, Inc., 2 Saddleback Cove, Travelers Rest, South Carolina 29690, clearly marked to the attention of
the Warranty Repair Department. Shipping, freight, insurance and other transportation charges of the returned product to T&S and the return
of the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser are the responsibility of the purchaser. Replacement and/or repair under this warranty shall
be made within a reasonable time after receipt by T&S of the returned product.
This warranty does not cover this product if it has received secondary finishing or has been altered or modified after purchase or for defects
caused by physical abuse to or misuse of the product, or shipment of the product.
ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN AND ANY REMEDY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT WHICH BUT FOR THIS
PROVISION MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO
THE ABOVE ONE-YEAR PERIOD.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL T&S BRASS BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY LOSS OF USE
OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH
OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER USER.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION
OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
