We purchased this sieve for our bakers and it has been put through heavy use. It has held up well but it is not a very thick gauge and bends easily.

I love this large twelve inch steal rim sifter. It's great because you can sift as much as you want together without spilling over the rim!

Great drum sieve! Fantastic for sifting large quantities of flour or powdered sugar! Good for straining purees as well!! Great price that cant be beat!!
