This pan's professional quality, heavy-duty 3004 series aluminum alloy construction distributes heat evenly, while its satin finish is perfect for restaurants and caterers alike. A large hole at the end of the aluminum handles makes for easy storage. Each pan measures 12" in diameter with a 2 3/4" depth and is NSF Listed.

    This 12" Non-Stick Aluminum Fry Pan is a very good buy. I use it to sautee' vegetables and scamble eggs without any sticking at all. The only problem is you will need to handle the pan with a pot holder. The handle gets really hot. Should have purchase the insulated handles.
