This #10 ivory colored disher has a color coded handle to make capacity classification and portion control a breeze. In addition to the at-a-glance serving size identification, the sizes are also stamped on the bowl knife blade. This disher is stainless steel with all metal parts and has a two- piece thumb lever you operate with you right hand. It is NSF listed.

    we purchased the entire collection of dishers. the uses are totally unlimited. great for portion control. easy to clean, easy to use. durable for the price.

    Was struggling with staff choosing the correct disher, either a #8 or a #10, for the correct application. Decided to just go with all #10 dicers. Hey, they overportion anyway, right?

    these dishers are a must have in any kitchen and if you want portion control without the bags and scales these are your best friend
