These pan liners are a godsend - reasonably priced and excellent quality. When I was researching pan liners a lot of people were saying that liners can melt or get brittle from the heat - this did not happen in my steam pans all season. Used them for chili and sauerkraut and made the cleanup so much easier. My BOH was very happy to see me using them. If you are sick of dealing with your messy pans then get these you will be happy you did saving time which = $$$!!!

this 1/6 size steam table pan liner is the way to keep the pan clean every time change the food. It cost less than using the water. I love it
