This 1/6 size stainless steel false bottom is designed to hold food above steam table or hotel pan bottoms for trouble-free draining through 3/8" drain holes. It features finger holes for easy placement and removal, and a 1/2" height. Measures 5 1/6"L x 4 3/8"W x 1/2"H.

    This is great for steaming a small amount of seafood and even holding it nicely for service! It keeps food out of its own juices and keeps it fresh longer!!!

    It is the best price I ever found for this item. I have been looking for this item quite sometimes. It is great to have helping the food not to get burn in the steam table. Love it and definitely buy more.
