Great quality 1/3 size hotel pan lids. They fit tight on the pans to ensure the food stays warm. Serving spoons fit perfectly in the slotted area.

These are some of the best food pan covers i have ever used. I use two of them in my daily set up. The slot helps keep the food warm, while the spoon is in it. great price.
