    Nice small ladle for small tasks like skimming the fat off of stock or cooking with clarified butter!! Easy to use when straining a puree!!!

    I bought these to use at a concession stand when doing fundraisers. I thought it would be perfect for portioning out the cheese sauce for soft pretzels, or nachos.
