Pie Day!

It’s no secret that I love pie. Strawberry, blueberry, apple, meringue, chocolate, peanut butter, shoofly; you name it, I love it. I also love the fact that the American Pie Council has established January 23rd as National Pie Day. What an absolutely brilliant holiday!

Here at WEBstaurantStore.com, we have everything you need to keep your pies baking fresh all year long. From canned pie filling and pumpkin pie spice, to pie pans / pie plates and bakery display stands, you’re sure to find just what you are looking for.

I remember when I was a child and I would bicker with my brother as to who had the bigger slice of pie. It always seemed like cutting it into 6 even slices was a virtually impossible feat. Not any longer! Pie cutters like these make perfect portions a breeze. And a sturdy pie server will ensure that your favorite pies make it from pan to plate in one quick sweep.

As National Pie Day approaches tomorrow, how are you going to celebrate? Why not bake a new, exotic pie for your restaurant guests? How about giving away samples of your best-selling pies to grateful customers? You could even donate profits from pie sales tomorrow to a local charity. Whatever you do, be creative, have fun, and remember the time-honored tradition of pie baking.

I am looking for a 12" cake plastic cake container with a high dome

Leidra Horton Says:

Evelyn Ryan, I just looked into our plastic cake containers, and the largest that we carry is a 10” cake container. We have one available with a high dome lid under item #612G40. That size will accommodate a 2-3 layer 10” cake. If you are still looking for something with a 12” diameter, we do have catering trays available that may meet your needs. Happy shopping!
