The Internship/Co-op Experience
Our internship/co-op program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle. Interns/Co-ops are fully integrated into their teams and entrusted with meaningful projects aligned to key business priorities. Throughout the program, you will make valuable contributions while participating in a comprehensive intern/co-op experience that includes professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and meaningful engagement with leaders and mentors to support your growth.
Remote Work Qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
- A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
- The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
- Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY).
We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers on real-world projects in an enterprise e-commerce environment
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for system improvements and new features
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Work within Agile development teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support scalable, long-term system enhancements
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote or hybrid work environment
Learning Outcomes

- Hands-on experience with business process mapping and project lifecycle management

Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience
Are you eager to gain hands-on experience managing projects and driving business initiatives? We are seeking rising undergraduate juniors and seniors, as well as graduate students pursuing degrees in Business, Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field to join our Business Analyst internship/co-op program.
As an intern/co-op, you'll work alongside experienced Business Analysts and cross-functional teams, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop the skills needed for a successful career in business analysis and project management.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- A foundational understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- An interest in gathering requirements, coordinating projects, and improving business processes.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- A desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, remote environment during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- Previous internship, co-op, leadership, or project experience is a plus.
This internship/co-op provides the opportunity to work on real business initiatives, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, gain exposure to project management and business analysis practices, and build valuable professional experience in a supportive environment.
