Ready Kitchen Warranty
Ready Kitchen Warranty (RKW) is a growing focus of our company responsible for coordinating warranty service repairs for all distribution channels on private label brands. We want to expand our team with a Data Analyst Intern who will analyze our internal reporting practices, identify inefficiencies, and provide feedback to RKW leadership to improve reporting, aiming to deliver valuable insights to the company.
Invoicing Analyst Intern
As part of the RKW team, you will fill a brand-new role focused on providing data-driven insights and suggesting business logic improvements, which means you will be involved in real and meaningful work. Internship Opportunity Timeline: This is a full-time paid internship and will take place over the summer of 2026. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4pm EST.
Remote Work Qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
- A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
- The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
- Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY).
We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
Our Interns have the following key responsibilities:
- Own at least one summer project by scheduling training/shadowing, meeting with stakeholders to discuss needs/expectations, addressing issues with solutions, and presenting outcomes, followed by next steps
- Be an active member of regularly scheduled team meetings
- Participate in all Clark Summer Internship Program events
- Manage and complete daily invoice auditing tasks
- Provide ad hoc reporting and invoice auditing project support to the greater RKW team
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Has excellent analytical skills
- Has experience using PowerBI, RStudio, SQL, or other similar programs
- Leverages data to support proposed solutions
- Can look “behind the numbers” to understand how our operation works
- Has proficiency in MS Excel (proficiency with other statistical software a plus)
