The Outbound Team Lead maintains in-depth knowledge of our products and operating procedures and stays in regular contact with the shift manager and peers in each department to meet daily goals. This position identifies operating issues and takes corrective action as needed; this includes receiving and providing clear directions, as well as serving as a role model of our culture to effectively communicate with employees and drive engagement.
