Job Summary
The Inventory Recovery Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of processing products returned to our distribution centers through the current and future returns portal. They will evaluate all products returned on any given RA/IR to confirm policy compliance, identify item condition, communicate any unknow or used returns to the Customer Representatives, and maintain clarity on the next steps for any pending RA/IR. The Inventory Recovery Coordinator will report directly to the Returns Manager at their facility.
We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly evaluate all items returned to confirm policy compliance.
- Collaborate with all Reverse Logistics team focuses on ensuring proper follow-through for all items returned (Used Inventory, Out of Original Packaging, Non-Web Returns)
- Provide detailed comments in the current and future portal to ensure the team has all the appropriate information needed to identify ideal resolutions.
- Communicate with your returns manager on any day-to-day needs.
- Create RA’s / IR’s when needed.
- Meet a productivity metric and maintain accuracy equal to or above 99.25%.
- Keeping an organized workstation and placing products in their correct areas.
- Abide by all local safety policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Past industry experience is helpful but not required.
- Computer literate.
