After graduating from Messiah College in 2012, I started working for the WebstaurantStore as a Customer Solutions Specialist and immediately felt at home. I had the opportunity to grow into a management role within Customer Solutions and eventually transitioned to a role within Business Services where I'm able to train and interact with employees from all Clark companies. I have always appreciated the opportunities for growth with Clark and am thankful for the chance to work with some of the best people I know each day.

Messiah helped prepare me for the working world by providing opportunities to lead a student-run business, participate in various clubs on campus, and study abroad in Mexico to learn Spanish. I was recruited to work for Clark through a career fair held at Messiah and am so glad I made the choice to work here.

After graduating from Messiah in 2010 I found my way to WebstaurantStore in the summer of 2013. I quickly learned that they are committed to providing us with resources and activities to lead, grow, learn, and make my job enjoyable. It's no secret that customer solutions can be difficult at times but I know that my colleagues and team leaders are always there to support me. Messiah emphasized the importance of community and I think WebstaurantStore does a great job of maintaining a good community of people who enjoy their jobs and share a common vision for success.

My team leaders are great at seeing my strengths and working with me to maximize my role within customer solutions to fit those abilities. I have come to realize how lucky I am to work for a company that is growing so rapidly and takes the time to put me in a position to succeed. After graduating from Messiah College in 2010, I began working at WebstaurantStore as an Operations Manager Trainee. Through this trainee program, I was promoted to the 1st shift assistant supervisor of shipping and a year later was promoted again to a managerial position overseeing warehouse returns. After a year managing the returns department, I was promoted to the role of the Lancaster Operations Manager, then promoted to my current role as Vice President of Operations. Seeing processes improve and working with a great team of people at the Distribution Center are two of the many reasons why I love working at WebstaurantStore.
