Job Responsibilities Include:

• Writing in-depth product descriptions with the perfect blend of creative and technical writing skills.
• Compiling informative product guides to enhance purchasing decisions.
• Writing supportive text throughout our e-commerce website.
• Organizing product categories and filters as necessary.
• Managing an ongoing list of projects and tasks.
• Interacting with customers by writing weekly blog posts related to the industry, product tips, innovative website features, recently added products, and much more.
• Creating buying guides and contributing ideas for design layouts to boost the customer's product knowledge and improve their experience.
• Planning and implementing website category updates and changes to provide the best possible end-user experience.

Skills & Requirements:

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to learn new tasks.
