Knorr 1 lb. Ultimate Lobster Bouillon Base - 6/Case

Started selling low sodium meal, these bases tasted and work the best of all the products I tested. My customers like it as well. Shipping is hit or miss sometimes, but not a big deal.

The Knorr Bouillon Base is different in texture and form than I expected. It is not solid. It is not liquid. It is soft and mushy. And it is easy to work into your ingredients as you blend on top of the stove or prepare items for cooking on the stovetop, oven, smoker, or grill. It can be used to make a broth or au jus. While it is a ham product, the base gives a surprise if mixed using a limited amount with a beef broth cube into a cup of water when making au jus, made to taste. Also, a spoon full blended with Brussels sprouts or vegetables gives a superior flavor. The product's flexibility is why I am so pleased with the base. I store unused portions in the refrigerator, and you'll want to pay attention to the lid fitting. It may be loose. If so, the contents may spill once it has been opened. So, you may wish to place the contents in another container to prevent spillage and waste.

I love this in my navy bean soup. It's hard to find a good ham base to add to my soup to punch up the flavor, and this does the job.

Tomatillo salsa would nit tase the same if we did not add a touch of ham base and out Navy bean and ham soup.

I have searched stores locally for years for this ham seasoning and I could never find it. My dad used to use this to flavor his bean soup. Tastes just like I remember! Thanks Webstaurant Store!

The taste comes out so good. I like to put in my mixed veggies soup of carrot, celery, potato, beets and silken tofu. I recommend this product

This is the best veggie base on the market. This have the grandma flavor. Is very strong and we use it in different applications. We sell ramen noodles and the miso use a vegetable broth as a base, this knorr veggie base is the best of 4 different that I try already.

We've used other Knorr product that we like better than this one. The flavor profile is not to my liking and only use the Knorr professionl base moving forward.
