Durable Construction
This commercial salad dryer withstands years of heavy use in your hotel kitchen, restaurant buffet, or catering company. Boasting a durable 18-gauge stainless steel exterior, this salad dryer is rust-resistant and easy to clean. For added safety, its completely enclosed, water-tight motor is mounted underneath the unit, as is the timer.
Efficient Operation
The inner liner is made from one-piece polyethylene plastic with 3/8" diameter holes for proper water drainage. The inner liner also has a 20 gallon capacity with the ability to hold up to 18 heads of chopped lettuce for quick, efficient prep work.
Customized Use
The timer features selectable drying cycles of up to 5 minutes so you can customize the amount of drying time to best fit your needs. Plus, its 4" locking stem casters allow you to move the salad dryer just where you want it for added convenience.

What is the purpose of a salad spinner?
Salad spinners are meant to remove excess water from lettuce left behind from washing. Spinners remove extra moisture to prevent your lettuce from becoming soggy, but they do not leave lettuce bone dry. After spinning, lettuce should be transferred to a perforated pan and left to finish draining in the refrigerator.
