This unit boasts a warming pan made of deep drawn stainless steel and a tubular heating element underneath for fast, reliable heating, and it can operate dry or wet for maximum versatility. Additionally, an included drain makes it easy to dispose of waste water.

Its positive-off thermostat controls come in a recessed, stainless steel remote panel, letting you customize installation to suit your needs. And for maximum efficiency, this square corner food well is fully insulated.
