    Webstaurant customer service Waring delayed FP253 July mail shows fit

    Nightmare Experience!!! July 5, 2014 I ordered 2 Waring FP253 Batch Bowl Covers. We needed these since our restaurant has 3 Food Processors (FP25). It turns out to be back ordered till end of July, ok. Then it was updated last minute that the order was delayed till end of August. Then they stated till the end of September. I was frustrated and all Webstaurant customer service would say is, sorry, do you want a refund?? I invested a lot of money for these machines, what am I supposed to do, toss them in the garbage? I tried calling Waring and they customer service was just as useless. The item finally shows up on the last week of October. Guess what, only one item shows up. I e-mail Webstaurant and tell them this. They say that Waring claims they sent two. Luckily, I still had the box and it was small enough for only one to fit. I sent over several pictures to prove my case. The next e-mail I get from Webstaurant says there is another 60 day delay or I can get a credit. Imagine the frustration! They won't help. But luckily, I just ordered another two of these tops from Amazon Prime (Wow, how is it possible they have them?). I am so frustrated with the customer service at Webstaurant. They got great website and prices but when there is a problem, good luck.
