Start the day off right with a Vie de France 3 oz. curved butter croissant. Featuring a natural butter flavor, this croissant adds a savory touch to any meal. Serve it as a side for customers to enjoy or pile this round croissant with an egg, freshly grated cheddar cheese, and some bacon to create a tasty breakfast sandwich. This croissant is also great for creating signature lunch sandwiches piled high with ham, cheese, and favorite condiments.

Best of all, each croissant simply needs thawed and then it is ready to serve. To achieve a crispy crust or warm the croissant, simply place it in the oven for about 5-6 minutes if frozen, or 3-4 minutes if it's thawed. Croissants are a great upgrade from traditional bread options, and your customers will love this golden-brown croissant down to the very last crumb!

With a rich history dedicated to quality, Vie de France started in 1971 as a small business focused on creating authentic French bread. The addition of master French bakers allowed for innovative research and development to perfect the bread baking process. Each part of the baking process was discussed from the ideal formula for flour to the imported bricks from France needed to create traditional brick ovens. Today, the most popular item is the croissant among many other customer favorites. Vie de France was purchased by Yamazaki Baking Company, Ltd. in 1991 where the company has continued to produce high-quality croissants, French breads, white breads, and pastries!
