I'm Nathan Marshall, product manager for Champion Industries. Let me tell you about our Genesis DH5000 hood-type, door machine. The Genesis is our premium door line, offered in all standard voltages and the most versatile door machine on the market. The Genesis is offered with standard and extended vertical clearance on our tall unit. The tall unit is also dual-listed as a pot and pan washer. All Genesis models are NSF, UL, and Energy Star rated. The standard unit comes with a 40 to 70 degree rise booster, so all you need to supply is a 110 watt. The Genesises are offered standard with a low amp, single-point electrical connection, easily transitioning from your old unit without having to upgrade your electric service. The Genesis, based on the model you choose, washes 37 to 55 racks per hour. These units are easily modified from straight-through to corner applications, so if it needs to be changed in the field, it's a simple, 3-step process that doesn't require a technician. Because it's also field-convertible from 3 phase to single phase. Here are some key features that put us a step above our competition. Our new, patent-pending, tri- rinse system puts more water directly over the dishes by controlling the speed in which the arm rotates. The wash arms are also hydro-balanced for smooth and consistent water rotation, delivering maximum wash results. Our easy-to-read, intuitive, digital indicators give your operator instant feedback on your machine's status. Our unique, sloped hood keeps steam away from the operator, making for a more user-friendly environment. Other standard features include detergent and rinse-aid connection points, a vent fan control connection, and an electronic diagnostic system fully integrated into the control board, making this unit simple to troubleshoot in case it needs maintenance. That is the standard Genesis unit. Now, let's talk about the variations offered in the same line. First, we have the ventless heat recovery unit. This is one of the two units we offer that does not require you to provide an exhaust hood. That's a saving of over $3,500. We again pull away from the competition in innovation and design. Our ventless machine does not require a hot water connection at all. It's strictly a cold water feed, therefore the machine becomes its own boiler, saving your dollars and heating that water to 110 degrees. We also take the fresh air we pull through our heat recovery system and use it to help dry the dishes. There we go again: doing everything for a reason. We also offer Genesis in single source gas. By single source, we use a gas booster to provide a 180 degree final rinse and circulate water through a hot water coil located inside the wash tank. This eliminates any open flame and direct contact to the metal, which would destroy the machine. These models and features demonstrate the amount of thought we put into each machine we manufacture. And with the Genesis, we continued the level of versatility, meeting each and every need of you, our customer.
