This is one of our hottest selling models from VacMaster, the SV1, and what it does is it heats up the water and it also circulates the water and allows it to cook the meat or whatever entree you've got ready to go. So, I'm just going to open up the box and show you what it involves. You get your warranty and you get a little Allen wrench that is what you need to adjust things on here. You've got your VacMaster SV1 manual, which you need to read before you do anything. It has a lot of good tips in there. How you cook your food and the settings and different things, and I'm going to go over some of the settings here, right now. So, as you open up your box, the machine itself is a very simple machine. It has got a little pump in it that allows it to circulate the water. And this machine is made with the top that shows you the gauges. I'm going to plug it in here and I'll show you some of the features of it. What we're going to do is place it in the water eventually and start the process of heating it up. The SV1 is equipped with various settings on here. When you've got it plugged in, the first thing you want to do is turn the on / off switch on and that allows your screen to come up. As it comes up, it's going to show on the top what actually the room temperature is before you're putting it in the water. So, say it's like 74 degrees here, right now. The second section here is what you're going to set your temperature at, and this is your cooking time down here. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you, it also goes Centigrade and Fahrenheit, so it'll give you the different things like it's 23 degrees Centigrade. Now I'm going to go back to Fahrenheit because I'm more used to that. On this one, since it's sous vide cooking, that's a great way to cook now with the low temperatures. We're not going to cook at 210 degrees boiling. What we're going to do is we're going to set it down to about 140. Okay, we're set at 140 degrees because we're going to cook at that and then your time that you're going to cook here, say you're going to cook at maybe a 2 hour time. Room temperature right now is 74 degrees. What you're going to cook at is 140 degrees, and you're going to cook for 2 hours, depending on what's going to be in there.
