Each piece of cutlery in this set features a masculine rosewood handle, specially constructed to provide a natural fit within the user's hand while minimizing wrist tension and increasing comfort. This handle is ergonomically designed with a lightweight, balanced styling, and it will not discolor or corrode, even after extended use.

In addition to the impressive handle, each piece features a blade stamped from a single sheet of cold-rolled, high carbon stainless steel that is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched, and finished by hand in Switzerland by skilled craftsman.

    I simply adore this set of knives. The boning knife is crazy good. Comfortable to work with. And they look cool too. And, in order to meet the minimum word requirement needed to leave a review...I only use the case for catering gigs, but that makes the customer feel more at ease because I look so darned professional.
