Streamline the preparation of all your signature salads and sandwiches with this True 60 3/8" ADA height refrigerated sandwich prep table with two doors! Boasting a removable 11 3/4" deep cutting board for all of your dicing, slicing, and assembling needs. The unit includes (10) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans to accommodate a variety of ingredients. For extra storage space and efficiency, you can easily insert 6" deep food pans (sold separately). It includes four heavy-duty adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves housed within the refrigerator so backup pans of cucumbers, tomatoes, mandarin oranges, and other toppings are always close at hand.

Designed to maintain temperatures from 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit, this refrigerator boasts a 1/3 hp compressor that runs on R-290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. In addition, foamed-in-place, high-density, Ecomate insulation helps to retain the cold air and block the warm, ambient air of your kitchen or serving area.

When not in use, the displayed pans of ingredients can easily be kept sanitary and chilled with the insulated stainless steel hood and lid. When cleaning the unit, completely remove the lid assembly to make the task as easy as possible. Designed with a stainless steel front, top, floor, and ends, the refrigerated prep table offers optimal durability so that you can quickly assemble delicious sandwiches and salads for years to come! In order to accommodate all employees, this refrigerator comes with an ADA-Compliant overall work surface height of 34". This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
