This True Spec Series roll-in freezer is the perfect solution for when you need to keep plenty of foods frozen and readily accessible in your commercial kitchen. Its convenient roll-in design is perfect for storing and freezing prepared meals and ingredients on roll-in pan racks in bakeries, banquet facilities, healthcare facilities, and cafeterias. Plus, it even includes a convenient automatic defrost function.

This freezer features stainless steel ramps that accept roll-in racks (sold separately) up to 27" x 29" x 66" in size to help you make the best use of its spacious cabinet. The entire exterior, floor, and ceiling are made from high-quality stainless steel, while the interior sides and back are constructed of durable aluminum. Additionally, this unit features incandescent lighting that illuminates the interior, as well as bumpers that protect the walls from any damage that might be caused by roll-in racks.

For convenience in loading and unloading, this unit has two self-closing doors with a 120 degree stay open feature and lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style door locks. It also has full-body foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help it retain cold air and run more efficiently. This freezer comes with a 1 1/5 hp compressor that runs on CFC-free R-404A refrigerant and reliably maintains cabinet temperatures of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit requires a 115/208-230V electrical connection for operation.
