Safely cook food to the perfect temperature and eliminate the risk of overcooking with the Sammic SMARTVIDE5 SmartVide sous vide immersion circulator head! Because food is safely sealed during cooking, this stainless steel immersion circulator allows you to achieve the ideal texture, taste, and tenderness of meats, seafood, and vegetables, and it can even cook several of your most popular foods at the same time in a single tank (sold separately). This circulator is designed to work with tanks up to 8 gallons, but it is conveniently portable so you can move it from one tank to another as needed.

This immersion circulator has a 3 1/2" touchscreen display that shows the target and actual temperatures during the cooking process. It also has a timer that can display in increments of 1 minute and can be set for any time between 1 minute and 99 hours! The controls also provide a graphic summary at the end of the cycle, which provides information on the time-temperature trends and energy consumed.

The circulator comes complete with a comprehensive warning system, which alerts users to low water level, power cuts, overheating, and other factors that might affect the machine's performance. There's also Bluetooth connectivity, which allows you to access advanced SmartVide features like recipe memory, HACCP traceability, deferred start, or firmware updating. This unit's body is constructed of durable stainless steel to withstand the rigors of commercial environments, while the panel and grip are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. The SMARTVIDE5 sous vide immersion circulator requires a 120V electrical connection for operation and has an output of 1200W.
