This True 810716 equivalent magnetic door gasket serves as a direct replacement for the one that came standard on select pieces of True refrigeration equipment. The gasket is a vital part of your unit's door assembly, locking in cold air so that the refrigeration system only runs when it needs to. As the gasket ages it may lose its seal or develop cuts and tears that allow cold air to escape, and over time this may force the refrigeration system to run more frequently to maintain temperatures, which puts greater strain on your equipment and also increases your electric bill.
